This course is intended to familiarize employers & managers with the OSHA recordkeeping and reporting requirements. We will discuss “what is a recordable incident?” and how to record it on the OSHA 300 & 301. We will also discuss annual reporting to OSHA and also required injury or accident reporting to OSHA. We will look at who is required to report and what must be reported. This seminar is presented in 3 videos totaling 42 minutes and there is a quiz to test student understanding of the material. This is Course # 7285 approved by CSIA for 0.5 Codes & Standards and 0.5 Health & Safety CEU’s. It is approved by NFI for 1.0 CEU’s in Safety, Health & Liability.
