This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the SureFire Training Academy website, training platform, and related services (the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit materials.
You may not share login credentials across users.
You may not modify or create derivative works from the Service.
You may not attempt to reverse engineer or extract content.
3. Ownership
All content, materials, systems, and intellectual property are owned by SureFire Training Academy or its licensors.
No ownership rights are transferred under this Agreement.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
5. Training Use Disclaimer
The Service provides educational content only.
You are responsible for applying training appropriately and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, codes, and safety standards.
6. Safety Disclaimer
SureFire Training Academy is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of training materials.
Use of the Service does not replace professional judgment or required safety practices.
7. No Guarantee of Results
SureFire Training Academy makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, performance, or business results resulting from use of the Service.
8. Termination
This license may be revoked at any time if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SureFire Training Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
