Membership Payment

This Ignite Membership Agreement between the Member listed above and SureFire Training & Coaching (“Organization”) is on a month-to-month basis at the current dues rate of $479 per month. Your monthly payment will be automatically billed and collected electronically once every month beginning on the date the Agreement is signed and continuing on that same day every billing period, or as soon thereafter as practical, until your SureFire Ignite Membership is canceled.

Membership Cancellation Policy

You must provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to your next billing date to cancel. You will retain access to the Ignite membership portal and resources until the end of your current paid billing period.

Restrictions

The Member agrees that they will not:

Share their login credentials with non-members.
Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content, training, or resources provided through membership to non-members.
Post inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content within the Ignite community or portal.

Liability

The Member agrees not to hold the Organization liable for any tangible or intangible damages that may occur while participating in the membership.

The Member understands and agrees that the Organization does not guarantee any specific results from the Ignite Membership. Outcomes are based on the Member’s own decisions, actions, and implementation.

Privacy

The Organization will not share any personal or contact information about the Member with non-members or third parties, except as necessary to deliver membership services.

SMS Messaging and Opt-In Data

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with Ignite services. We may share your personal data, including SMS opt-in or consent status, with third-party vendors who assist us in delivering messaging services (such as platform providers, phone companies, and delivery vendors).

Exclusion of Text Messaging Originator Opt-In Data

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Confidentiality and Intellectual Property Use

The Member acknowledges that all materials, frameworks, systems, models, training, tools, and other proprietary content provided through SureFire Ignite are the confidential intellectual property of SureFire Training & Coaching. By joining Ignite, the Member agrees:

Not to share, disclose, or discuss any confidential information or materials obtained through Ignite membership with non-members.
Not to reproduce, distribute, teach, present, resell, or otherwise use SureFire’s intellectual property for personal commercial gain, outside coaching, or distribution beyond their own company without explicit prior written consent from SureFire.
To use SureFire materials solely for the growth and development of the Member’s own chimney business and internal team.

Violation of these confidentiality and intellectual property obligations is considered a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of membership, loss of access to all resources, and potential legal action.

Membership Termination

The Organization reserves the right to terminate the Member’s Ignite Membership if any terms of this Agreement are violated.
