These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SureFire Training Academy website, training platform, and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the Service or access it in any way other than through the provided interface.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. Account sharing is prohibited unless expressly authorized under a team or enterprise license.

3. Training Content and Intellectual Property

All training materials, certifications, videos, and documents are the exclusive property of SureFire Training Academy. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only.

You may not copy, distribute, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

4. Certifications and Use

Certifications issued by SureFire Training Academy reflect completion of training only and do not guarantee competency, licensure, regulatory compliance, or job performance.

You may not misrepresent certifications or imply endorsement, qualification, or authorization beyond the scope of the training provided.

5. No Guarantee of Results

SureFire Training Academy provides educational content only. We make no guarantees regarding business outcomes, financial results, job performance, or any other outcomes resulting from use of the Service.

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Chargebacks

Access to certain content may require payment. Purchases may be one-time or subscription-based. Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue. Improper chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and may be pursued as a breach of these Terms.

7. Team and Enterprise Accounts

If you purchase access for multiple users (team or enterprise license), you are responsible for all users under your account.

User seats may not be shared unless explicitly permitted. SureFire Training Academy reserves the right to suspend or revoke access for misuse of team licenses, including unauthorized account sharing or distribution.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, or violate any applicable laws.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms or for operational reasons. Upon termination, your rights to use the Service cease immediately.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SureFire Training Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise awarded.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any permitted court actions shall be brought in Tennessee.

15. Attorneys’ Fees

In any dispute arising under these Terms, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
